Libreria Antiquaria Perini. Antique and rare books, Atlases, Maps, Prints, Vintage Posters

Libreria Antiquaria Perini

was established in 1967 by Carlo and Ruth Perini in Como, near the lake, in via Foscolo, where they moved to leaving Cologne; Carlo was studying there, making also his first professional steps, working at a local auction house. In Germany he had met Ruth, young photographer of second generation. In 1970 they decided to change town again choosing Verona as ideal town for the Libreria Antiquaria; after a few years passed in a temporary office in via Sciesa 9, the Libreria was opened in via Sciesa 11, our historical premises, where we are now based for nearly 50 years. For a long time Carlo and Ruth were a reference in the italian antiquarian world. Now the firm is lead by Marcus and Alberto Perini, second generation in this business, with Marcus' wife Antonella and the help of Gordana, our faithful assistant.

We published 50 catalogues of antique and rare books, maps, decorative prints and old masters. Recently we increased our offer and interests opening a window on the modern market of contemporary prints and vintage posters.

In our premises we carry a large stock of antique books, prints, maps, vintage posters for collection, gift and and decoration purposes.
