Mirandula was a 16th century anthologist, best known for his collections of quotations and passages from famous authors; in his work he collected Latin verses from Virgil, Ovid, Horace, Lucretius, Seneca, Lucan and Terence. The work was regularly reprinted throughout the 16th century. Adams 1473 for other editions.
