Cook's Last Observations made during his third and final voyage, namely the exploration of the Bering Strait Bel cartouche figured lower left with Aerica Indians. Giovanni Maria Cassini (1745-1824) was a clergyman, geographer and cartographer. His "Nuovo atlante geografico universale" is of considerable charm and uncommon. Very good specimen with minimal traces of foxing in the margins. Scarce map.
