Pair of color lithographs, each measuring 350x570 mm. An uncommon pair, rarely found together, depicting a globe and the celestial vault with constellations. Famous promotional posters designed by Lucien Boucher illustrating the numerous Air France routes in a small bright world below the dark celestial vault, where the constellations of the zodiac stand out clearly, and in a splendid blue world enriched with scenes illustrating, in Boucher's typical graphic style, scenes of exploration and discovery on the various continents, with the new routes to the east towards Japan and to the west towards the Americas represented by a red line.
These plates are part of the rarest series in small format.
