The publisher Albrizzi, originally from Bergamo, was part of a family of Venetian printers and publishers, originating in the late 17th century with his father Girolamo; in 1740, he obtained from the Reformers of the University of Padua the privilege of printing “a newspaper containing political and military news” entitled Il Nuovo Postiglione.
