Copper engraving measuring 535x390 mm taken from ‘Principum Christianorum stemmata’, containing 46 plates (23 double-sided) illustrating the family trees of the ruling houses of Europe, set in a landscape that often depicts a realistic view of the capital of the state or shows a map of it, as well as flags, coats of arms and rich cartouches. The work, well known for the richness and elegance of its plates, is one of the most sought-after in heraldic genealogy. Excellent copy with Bressanone in the background. Slight yellowing along the central fold.
