Etching, splendid contemporary colouring, 215 x 330 mm, taken from Ranieri Grassi's collection ‘Rappresentazione degli edifizi più cospicui di Pisa in XII tavole’ published by R. Prosperi in 1834 and 1839. This version is the rarer one with the camels on the right and the man with the sack on the left, of which there are two variants: in this one the bell tower is attached to the baptistery (in the other it is slightly detached).
