Copper engraving, mm 492x770. Awesome and famous perspective view with elaborated decoration embellished by the coat of arms of towns and fortresses of the Dominion. Top right the dedication of the first state “Dedicata All’Illustrissimo Signor Abbate Abbondio Rezzonico Patritio veneto…”; the second state bears a different one and the third on thin folded paper bears no dedication. Very good example with upper and bottom margins reconstructed. From “Corso geografico” without text on verso. Vincenzo Maria Coronelli was one of the most important and influential map makers in the late 17th Century. His maps are among the nicest and most decorative of their time engraving more than 2.000 plates.
