A fascinating bird's-eye view with a perspective of Verona and its surroundings towards the east, taken from above the Basilica of San Zeno. This remarkable plate is taken from one of the most famous and sought-after works of Italian landscape painting of the mid-19th century, the series of lithographs entitled “L'Italie a vol d'oiseau” (Italy from a bird's eye view). Excellent condition.
